They show trucks will only run to San Diego from the quarry.
They claim that fewer trucks from the north with pass through Temecula.

How much more traffic will pass through the Temecula Valley
when the trucks turn north to meet the "Regional Need"???

Look carefully at the map above and notice where the Rosemary Mountain Quarry is located.
If that quarry serves San Diego, how likely is it that the product from Liberty Quarry will be transported north?

If San Diego needs quarry product there's got to be a better location to get it from.
